This project is a collection of 365 intentional and thoughtful affirmations that may benefit everyone, but are especially intended for those of African descent. Specifically aimed at supporting health, wealth, resilience, respect, and more, these affirmations may be used in various ways: combined with meditation, as discussion topics for loved ones and social meetings, journal prompts, self-reflection, personal motivation, etc. Read one a day, or all of them in a day! Words are powerful, and this book's goal is to affirm people who have been disaffirmed for much of human history.
